We offer a wide range of services including:

2. Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?

Yes! All our cleaners are thoroughly vetted, background-checked, trained, and fully insured for your peace of mind.

3. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

Nope — we bring our own high-quality, eco-friendly products and professional-grade equipment. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know.

4. How do I book a service?

You can book via phone, email, or through our website. We recommend scheduling at least 24–48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

5. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that life happens! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

6. How do I pay for my cleaning service?

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and online transfers.

7. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It’s totally up to you! Many clients provide us with access instructions (key, code, etc.). We’re fully insured and treat your home or office with the utmost respect.

8. Are pets okay during the cleaning?

We love pets! But for safety and efficiency, we recommend securing your pets in a separate area while we clean.

9. What if something gets damaged?

Our team handles everything with care. In the rare case of accidental damage, we’ll notify you immediately and work with you to resolve it.

10. What’s included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning covers dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and surface wipe-downs. We’ll share a full checklist upon booking!

11. Do you offer green/eco-friendly cleaning options?

Absolutely. Just request it when you book, and we’ll use eco-friendly, non-toxic products throughout your service.

12. Do you offer discounts or packages?

Yes! We offer discounts for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and occasional promotions. Ask us for current offers.
