Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Clean Slate. By booking our residential or commercial cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to protect both parties and ensure the highest quality of service.

2. Services Offered

Clean Slate provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:

● Standard & Deep Cleaning
● Move-in/Move-out Cleaning
● Office Cleaning
● Post-construction Cleaning
● Custom Cleaning Packages

3. Booking & Scheduling

● Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or online.
● Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for scheduling changes or cancellations.
● Recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) are subject to availability.

4. Pricing & Payments

● All prices are quoted based on property size, service type, and location.
● Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit card, cash, and online transfer.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

● Clean Slate reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Access to Property

● Client must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
● If cleaners are unable to access the premises, a lockout fee may apply.
● Clients may choose to provide a key or code for entry; Clean Slate will ensure all keys and codes are kept secure.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

● If you’re not satisfied with any part of the service, notify us within 24 hours.
● We will return to re-clean the area(s) in question at no extra charge.

8. Client Responsibilities

● Remove any valuables, fragile items, or obstacles prior to service.
● Clean Slate is not responsible for damage due to improperly secured items.
● Pets must be secured or removed during service times.

9. Damage & Liability

● Our team is trained and insured.
● Any accidental damage caused by our staff will be reported immediately and handled per our insurance policy.
● Clean Slate is not liable for pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or hidden damage.

10. Health & Safety

● Clean Slate uses non-toxic and environmentally friendly products where possible.
● If you have allergies or sensitivities, inform us at the time of booking.
● Our staff adheres to hygiene and safety protocols at all times.

11. Termination of Services

Clean Slate reserves the right to terminate service at any time due to misconduct, unsafe working conditions, or breach of terms.

12. Privacy Policy

● All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
● Our team is instructed to respect your privacy at all times.

13. Amendments

Clean Slate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
